THE FRONT END THE GR YARIS WAS MISSING.

From the side, the GR Yaris is all muscle: wide, flared fenders and sharp body lines that make it look ready to attack a corner. The factory front bumper doesn’t follow through. It’s tall, flat and boxy, so the front of the car looks narrower and calmer than the rest of it. This bumper fixes that.

DESIGN

The new bumper picks up the lines that run along the side of the car and carries them all the way across the front, so the nose finally matches the side of the car. The result looks wider and more aggressive while staying true to Toyota’s original body lines, giving the car the character the factory front end held back. The entire front is also extended 10mm forward for a lower, more planted stance.

HOW IT’S MADE

We start by 3D scanning the complete car, including everything behind the bumper: the crash beam, sensors and air intakes. Designing around that scan makes sure the new bumper clears every one of those parts. The shape is then sculpted by hand in clay at full size, scanned again, and finished with Class A surfacing, the same process carmakers use to create the smooth, continuous surfaces of factory body panels.

FITMENT AND INSTALLATION

Fits Gen 1 and Gen 2 GR Yaris. Installation requires no cutting, drilling or other permanent changes to your car, so you can put the original bumper back on anytime. The bumper is made from polypropylene and ships unpainted, so it needs to be painted by a body shop before installation. All hardware is included, and we recommend professional installation.
